The simple way
Use a simple weekly rhythm
Rotate four easy types: a cozy hiding spot, a one-line note, a family activity, and an occasional video surprise. Repeating the rhythm reduces decision fatigue while each specific moment still feels new.
- Plan only one week at a time
- Keep school nights extra simple
- Use video credits for arrivals, milestones, and goodbye
