Multiple elves and package savings
Custom credits are shared across your account. Buy a separate package for each elf that needs its own welcome and goodbye. Package-value comparisons use base prices: the $14.99 starter plus $10.99 single adventures. Early Bird, when active, takes 25% off each option separately; percentages are not added together. Refills include custom adventures only.

Custom adventures use your own setup photo. Up to three elves can appear together. Welcome and goodbye videos use one approved library look, which you confirm after purchase.

Can I buy packages for multiple elves?
Yes. Keep all your elves in one parent account and buy a separate package for each elf that needs its own welcome and seasonal goodbye. For example, two elves can each have their own A Touch of Magic package. Welcome and goodbye videos feature one elf maximum. All adventure credits are shared across your account, and a custom adventure can feature up to three elves together in the same setup photo.
What’s included in each package?
A Touch of Magic includes one custom adventure plus a welcome with your child’s photo and name and an elf goodbye for the season: three personalized videos total. More Magic includes ten custom adventures plus the welcome and goodbye, for twelve videos total. A Magical Season includes thirty custom adventures plus the welcome and goodbye, for thirty-two videos total. Every package’s welcome and goodbye belong to one selected elf.
Can I buy more custom adventures later?
Yes. After you’ve purchased a starter package, add one, five or ten custom adventures. The single-adventure base price is $10.99 before any active offer. Each adventure uses one shared account credit. Additional packs include no new welcome or goodbye pair. Sign in to the same account that purchased your package; test purchases unlock test refills only.
How do custom credits work?
One credit creates one 10-second custom adventure with up to three elves together in the same setup photo. Use your shared credits for any of your elves; refills unlock after a package purchase and add credits without another welcome or flight-home pair.
How long are the welcome and flight-home videos?
Each video is 30 seconds. Every package includes one personalized welcome and one flight-home video for one elf only.
What if the library doesn’t have my elf?
You can save an appearance request with your elf photo. Your request stays in your private account, and your purchased welcome and goodbye pair remains available until you confirm a suitable approved appearance. New appearances have no completion date. You can still create custom adventures from your uploaded setup photo or use Purchase help in Account controls.
When do I create my videos?
After checkout. Save your elf and create your videos from your private account. You can leave at any time; we’ll email you as each video is ready.
Choose your package, then enter your email and payment details together at secure checkout.
